Ideal for larger rooms (up to 390 square feet), the Honeywell Round Air Purifier (model 50250) features a True HEPA filter that removes 99.97 percent of common airborne pollutants as small as 0.3 microns from the air passing through it such as dust, pollen, tobacco smoke, mold spores and cat dander. Honeywell's glass-fiber HEPA material also helps remove airborne particles, viruses and bacteria without the use of chemicals or other treatments. Honeywell's SurroundSeal HEPA filter technology helps assure that virtually all of the air drawn into the air cleaner passes through the HEPA filter. Other features include 360-degree airflow, 3 speeds, a carbon pre-filter (model 38002) and an Intelli-check electronic filter change indicator. This unit measures 18 by 18 by 19 inches and is backed by a 5-year limited warranty. Clean air delivery rate (CADR): 250 Pollen 250 Dust 250 Smoke Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) indicates the volume of filtered air delivered by an air cleaner. Created as a standard to compare the effectiveness of air purifiers. The number rates the volume of air that is filtered by the unit when it is cleaning each of the contaminants from the indoor air.
